If it looks like part of your order is missing, don’t worry, we’ll look into it for you. Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. We’ll check the details on our end and, if needed, contact the supplier to confirm what’s been sent. If anything was left out, we’ll make sure it gets sorted for you as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives with any damage or quality issues, such as tears, stains, or broken parts, please send us clear photos so we can escalate the case to the factory for review. Once they’ve assessed the issue, we’ll update you with their response. Every situation is handled individually, and depending on the problem, the factory may offer to send a replacement part, suggest a repair solution (such as glue), or in some cases, issue a partial refund. We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of and will keep you informed at every step.

We have a 20% cancellation fee once an order is placed. This policy exists because all dolls are made to order.

We understand this can be frustrating, which is why we recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

For customized dolls, we will send you photos of your finished doll before shipping. Once you confirm, we’ll proceed with delivery. However, for dolls from our EU or US stock (identifier in the names), no photos are sent since these dolls are pre-made and stored in our warehouses, ready for immediate shipment exactly as shown in the product photos.

Implanted hair refers to individually rooted strands of hair that are manually inserted into the doll’s scalp, rather than using a removable wig. This technique creates a more natural and realistic appearance, especially when parting or styling the hair.

✅ Key Benefits of Implanted Hair:

Realistic Look & Feel: The hair appears to grow from the scalp, creating a natural hairline and part.

No Wig Slipping: Unlike wigs, implanted hair stays in place and won’t shift during use.

Style Versatility: You can comb, braid, or style the hair freely just like you would with natural hair.

Premium Touch: Often made with real human hair or high-quality synthetic fibers for a soft, luxurious feel.

🧠 Good to Know:

Implanted hair is typically available on silicone head dolls, as the material holds the hair better than TPE.

It’s more time-consuming and labor-intensive to produce, so dolls with implanted hair are usually in the premium price range.

Proper care is required, use mild shampoo and avoid pulling or tugging to extend the life of the hair.

The clothing and accessories shown in our product images are for display purposes only and are usually not included in the doll's packaging. Some brands may occasionally offer lingerie, but this is not guaranteed. If you would like to dress up your doll, you can click here to browse our lingerie collection, which offers a variety of styles to ensure a perfect fit.

1. Cleaning

Use lukewarm water below 30°C and a mild, neutral antibacterial soap/baby wash. Never use hot water, alcohol, bleach, or acetone.

Gently wipe with a soft towel. For the internal cavity, rinse thoroughly and pat completely dry with absorbent paper.

Air dry in a cool, well-ventilated place. Never use a heat gun or direct sunlight.

Once completely dry, apply baby powder/cornstarch to the entire body to reduce stickiness and greasiness. Never apply baby powder to damp surfaces.

2. Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place, away from sunlight and heat sources.

Return the joints to their relaxed, natural positions. Do not maintain a fixed bent position for extended periods, as this may leave permanent dents.

Wrap the doll in a breathable cotton cloth or storage bag. Avoid using resealable plastic bags.

Never place the doll directly on dark fabrics, rubber, leather, or printed paper, as this may cause permanent staining. For long-term storage, please check and reapply the powder every two weeks.

3. Usage and Wearing Recommendations

- Wear light-colored cotton clothing. Test on dark-colored clothing before use to see if it bleeds. Denim and dark PU materials are prone to staining.

- Use only water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubricants will damage the TPE material.

- Avoid contact with sharp objects.

- Gently handle facial makeup, wiping only with water.

4. Common Problem Handling

A slight oily feel from the TPE material is normal; please clean and reapply the powder regularly. Dye stains are difficult to remove once formed. Small cracks can be repaired with a dedicated TPE repair adhesive.
