Due to the special nature of adult silicone products, opened, used or unpacked items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund is available only under the following situations:
1. Wrong item sent by our side.
2. Serious manufacturing defect confirmed by photos and videos provided within 48‑hours after receipt.
Before return or refund, you must contact customer service to get return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Partial refund may be offered instead of returning goods in some defect cases.
Shipping cost for return shall be borne by buyer unless the fault is from our company.
